Shipping Policy


At Hiba Bag, we offer Free Shipping on all orders across Pakistan – no minimum order value required.

📦 Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders received before 9:00 AM will be dispatched the same day.

  • Orders received after 9:00 PM will be dispatched on the next working day.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.

⏱️ Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time is 4 to 7 working days (excluding Sundays).

  • During busy shopping seasons or mega sales events, delivery may take up to 7 working days.

📍 Delivery Address

  • Orders will be delivered to the home or office address you provide at checkout.

  • We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

  • All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.

  • Our courier will attempt delivery at least twice at your provided address.
